• Introduce automotive cybersecurity fundamentals and vehicle attack surfaces.
• Provide an overview of ISO 21434 and UNECE R155 regulatory frameworks.
• Explain secure ECU design principles including
• Automotive system overview and introduction to MBD. • MATLAB, Simulink, State flow, Embedded Coder, and NXP MBDT basics. • Simulation hierarchy: MiL, SiL, PiL. • Toolchain setup and I/O configuration for S32K144. • Hands-on modelling and implementation of the Side Stand Indicator/ adaptive headlight subsystem. • Code generation, deployment, and verification on hardware. • Overview of future directions: SDV, EV control, and functional safety.
