Kalsar College of Engineering was established in 1998 under the initiative and impetus of the Chairman of Kalsar Educational Charitable Trust, Dr.K.Shivaram Selvakkumar Ph.D. a philanthropist and educationalist - to fulfill the wishes of philanthropist elders. The institution is marching successfully towards its goal of imparting top quality technical education and preparing younger generation of students with the sprit of service to the society in its Fifteenth year.
The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.
