Dr. S. Appuswamy M.S., Ph.D., F.I.C.M.R., M.R.S.H., (London) is the chairman of Sakthi Medical Trust and the Engineering college is named after Dr.Nallini, who was an icon in the field of Medicine for her unstinted service to the poor & downtrodden for more than 40 years.
The colleges are provided with latest infra-structural facilities by way of modern buildings and state-of the art, student's practical training in laboratories are given paramount importance. The students are also trained in good-mannerism, self-confidence, communicative languages like spoken english, yogasanam etc., Sports and Games are compulsory to every student to enable them to grow strong and healthy.
Several special lectures and workshops are conducted frequently in technical and special subjects. Special tours to places of professional importance are organised as a part of their curriculam.
