SSM College of Engineering was founded in 1998 aimed at providing world class education in engineering and technology, fostering industrial prosperity and aiding socio-economic development of the nation at a large. Ideally located in the highly industrialized zone of South India encompassing Coimbatore and Salem. Located on the National Highway (NH 47) and in view of its proximity to Erode and Sankari railway stations.
Separate Academic blocks with HI-Tech Class Rooms Well Furnished auditorium. Air Conditioned Conference hall with audio video & multimedia equipments. Air conditioned Seminar Halls in each departments. Computerized modern library Entrepreneur development Cell has been functioning with joint funding from Government of India, New Delhi.
An open-access language lab, equipped with audio , video and multimedia to sharpen the communication skills. Hi Speed Wi-Fi connectivity. In house RO Plant for purified water & Cool water Food court with hygienic food.
