CodeChef SRM is a non-profitable technical student’s chapter under the alliance of Code Chef, a product of Unacademy. Our main motive is to spread and promote competitive coding in our campus.CodeChef SRM chapter has grown Exponentially with a remarkable pace, with a cumulative following of 2000+ across platforms and more than 20+ projects done for SRM and the Community. Even in these pressing times of the pandemic, we persist and grow by adapting to the current nuances. With its technological approach backed by creative thinking, CodeChef SRM provides a platform for students to portray their technical skills throughout the year and have an unforgettable experience. We are delighted to invite you to be a part of Our first Mega event, Chef’s Fiesta, A series of astounding events from projectathon and webinars to quizzes. The grand event will commence from 23 October 2020 till 9 November 2020 in online mode.
Chef’s Fiesta – A colossal event involving students from various streams who will come together to flaunt their knowledge and talent. A wholesome, extravagant package of mind grilling contests, tricky quizzes and surprisingly a trail of various non-technical events as well to entertain our hardworking and zealous participants.
The list of sub-events under Chef’s Fiesta include:
• Chef’s Hack – 24th October to 8th November 2020: A projectathon to deal with various problem statements and solve real life problems by brainstorming and solving them – one line of code at a time!
• APOC 2.0 – 24th October to 31st October 2020: An online competitive coding contest to flaunt your coding skills and hack problems.
• Abhivyakti – 24th October to 1st November 2020: An article writing competition on technical and non-technical topics to hone your language skills!
• Fry ‘n’ Try – 24th October to 8th November 2020: A technical and non-technical quiz on Instagram to test out your knowledge.
• Webinars and Tech Talks: Exciting and motivating webinars and tech talks to be conducted by various experts in their field of expertise to learn, grow, and inspire yourself in the world of technology.
• There are a lot of non-technical events, music, poetry, dances and a lot more to keep yourself entertained after a tiresome day.
