WhatsApp Parent Alerts: Parents Informed the Moment It Matters
The moment a student is marked absent, MyKlassroom automatically sends a WhatsApp notification to the registered parent contact. No manual follow-up is required from the institution’s side. Every message includes:
- The student’s name, date, and period-wise absence details.
- The institution name, so parents instantly know who the message is from.
- A reference link to MyKlassroom.com for parent access.
Messages are delivered through a verified MyKlassroom Business Account, making them trusted by WhatsApp and easy for parents to recognise.
