Overview
The First Edition of the Indian Technology Congress-2013 (ITC 2013) with the theme “Towards Making India a Hub of Knowledge and Innovation” was successfully conducted during 24-25 July 2013 with more than 800 participants from Academic, R&D, Industry and Governments.
Encouraged by positive response and feedback, it is planned to organize Second Edition of Indian Technology Congress - 2014 (ITC 2014) during 21-22 August 2014 at NIMHANS Convention Centre, Bangalore. The congress has chosen the theme “Advanced Technology as Change Agent to Make India an Economic Superpower” in line with the current technological scene & near and long term plans.
The highlights of the ITC 2014 includes Workshops on R&D Opportunities and Clean Technologies, Product Exhibits and Demos, and parallel Technology Tracks with over 100 invited keynote & technical presentations. Over 800 Technologists from Industries and R&D Laboratories and Academia in India and abroad, will be participating in the two-day technology event.
An unrevealed perspective on the focused theme by an exciting line up of inspiring Technology & Innovation Guru’s as keynote Speakers. Keynote roundtables of international thinkers from government, R&D Institutions, Industry and Academia to debate opportunities and strategies, discuss what leading Innovators or Countries are doing and reflect on how Technology continues to create Business Opportunities in focused sectors of the congress.
Call for Paper
Papers are invited on the theme and/or on topics of the ITC 2014 Conference thrust areas, but not limited to the same. Authors are requested to submit abstract(s) of about 300 words in the prescribed format only. Decision of acceptance or rejection of the paper/s will be conveyed after scrutiny of the abstract by Technical review Committee. Authors will have to register as Delegate - Research Scholar to present their selected paper/s in the Conference. Only abstracts of full papers will be published for distribution at the Conference. Authors can email the Abstract/ Full Paper, on or before 03 June 2014 to The Convener, Indian Technology Congress – 2014.
